Scott Thompson has over 20 years of experience in the consulting and nonprofit sectors. Scott began their career in 2000 as the Director of Communications for Sigma Phi Epsilon, where they were the editor of the alumni publication and various brochures and manuals. Scott then served as Regional Director, consulting with 48 chapters in a 12-state region. In 2006, they became the Director of Chapter Campaigns for SigEp, managing a portfolio of 35 capital campaign projects totaling $17 million in renovations and new construction. In 2014, they worked for both TargetX as a CRM Specialist and AvideonCRM LLC as Engagement Manager/Salesforce Consultant. At AvideonCRM LLC, they were responsible for technical requirement gathering, managing the client relationship, assigning project tasks for a team of four consultants, and quality assurance testing. Scott was also project manager for 12 projects and lead technician for one project. In 2016, they joined roundCorner as a Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for implementation and post-implementation consulting for higher education clients. Scott then moved to Cloud for Good in 2018 as a Senior Cloud Consultant, and is currently working as a Senior Cloud Consultant for Agile Cloud Consulting since 2021.

Scott Thompson completed a degree in Radio, Television, and Film, with a field of study in Film, at The University of Southern Mississippi between 1994 and 1999. Scott has also obtained several certifications, including Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant (November 2019), Lightning Experience Rollout Specialist (October 2017), Salesforce.com Certified Platform App Builder (August 2017), Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (May 2016), Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator (April 2014), Salesforce.com Certified Administrator (August 2013), and Jitterbit Foundations Certification Exam (April 2019). Additionally, they are currently enrolled in Trailhead by Salesforce to attain the Expeditioner Rank, with 50 Badges in skills including CRM, App Logic, User Interface, Security, and Nonprofit.
