Sharif Shaalan has worked in a variety of roles in the technology and business industry since 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they were the Sales & Marketing Director at A&T Catering. From 2002 to 2007, they were the Salesforce.com Administrator at Alorus Technologies, where they implemented a full SFDC cycle and managed Salesforce.com Users, Profiles, Roles, Groups, Queues, Security Controls, and Communication Templates for a 15 user implementation. From 2007 to 2010, they were the Certified Salesforce.com Administrator at Comodo, where they worked directly with the CEO to design and deploy sales teams for all products and implemented a full Salesforce.com cycle for all teams worldwide. From 2010 to 2011, they were the CEO & Founder of Agile Cloud Consulting L.L.C., providing end to end salesforce.com implementation services. Finally, from 2011 to present, they have been the Technical Architect Manager and Technical Architect at roundCorner, where they design end to end technical solutions, leads key enterprise architecture design and decisions, leads and executes environment management strategies, designs and executes Integration and Migration strategies, and builds, customizes, and configures all aspects of the Salesforce.

Sharif Shaalan's educational history includes a B.S. in Management from Rutgers University - Newark, obtained between 1996 and 2000, and a Certificate in Classical Arabic from Fajr Center for the Arabic Language, obtained between 2005 and 2006.
