Monica Rayo

Monica Rayo is the current Chief Operating Officer at Agile Content. Monica has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, starting their career as a developer at Picis Research & Development in 1996. In 1998, they moved to ORACLE as a consultant, before becoming the Chief Technical Officer at CCRTV Interactiva in 2001. Monica remained in that role until 2007, when they joined Agile Content. Monica has been instrumental in helping Agile Content grow into the successful business it is today.

Monica Rayo is a graduate of IESE Business School - University of Navarra, where they specialized in management development. Monica also holds a degree in software engineering from La Salle University.

Their manager is Hernan Scapusio, CEO. They are on a team with Nuno Ferraz de Carvalho - Chief Commercial Officer, Johan Bolin - CTO.
