Amit Juneja, PhD has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Amit is currently the CEO of Agile Data Decisions since November 2019. Prior to that, they worked at IBM as a Cognitive Architect - Power Systems from May 2017 to October 2019. Amit also served as the Principal Data Scientist at CGG / Agile Data Decisions LLC from March 2015 to May 2017. Additionally, they have experience as a Machine learning/Speech recognition scientist at the University of Maryland, College Park from September 2001 to December 2004, and at Johns Hopkins University for a brief period in 2004. Amit began their career as a Speech recognition research assistant at Boston University from 2000 to 2001.

Amit Juneja, PhD, has an extensive education history in the field of electrical engineering and machine learning. Amit obtained their B Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, which they attended from 1995 to 1999. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Speech Recognition at Boston University, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. Amit Juneja further continued their educational journey by earning a PhD in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Machine Learning from the University of Maryland. Amit completed their doctoral studies from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their academic achievements, Juneja also holds certifications as an IBM Design Thinking Practitioner and in IBM Watson Data Platform Foundations, both obtained in 2017 from IBM.
