Andrea Shields

Andrea Shields currently serves as the Deputy General Manager and VP of Operations at Agile Defense, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Andrea was the Vice President of Service Delivery at IntelliBridge, where responsibilities included developing strategic delivery approaches and managing operations. Andrea's experience spans various leadership roles, including Program Director at Alethix LLC and Shared Services Lead at Brillient Corporation. Significant prior experience includes working as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager for Ace Info Solutions, as well as a decade of service in the United States Air Force in multiple project management and operational roles. Andrea holds an Executive Certificate in Management & Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from Bellevue University. Additionally, Andrea obtained an Associate of Science in Meteorology from the Community College of the Air Force.
