Melissa Kim

Melissa Kim has extensive work experience in operations and client relations. Melissa is currently a Senior Operations Director at Agile Defense, a position they have held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Melissa served as the Operations Manager at Agile Defense from January 2019 to January 2024. Before joining Agile Defense, Melissa worked at CMDI for several years. Their roles included Deputy Director of Client Relations from June 2016 to January 2019, Customer Support Manager from June 2015 to June 2016, Deputy Customer Support Manager from April 2015 to May 2015, and Customer Support Representative from July 2011 to April 2015.

Melissa Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from George Mason University. Melissa also attended Robert E. Lee High School. In addition to their formal education, Melissa has obtained certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Certified SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., and ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Melissa is also a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Excella.
