Robert McConnell

Robert McConnell has held a variety of roles in the staffing and Human Resource Technology space. Robert started their career in 2012 as a Sales Executive at ManpowerGroup. In 2013, they moved to Sharp Decisions as Sales Director- Western US and VETS Program Champion. In 2014, they founded and became CEO of Top to Bottom. In 2016, they founded Agile Force and served as Founder & Executive Board Member. In 2020, they took on the role of Market Leader at Arch Staffing & Consulting. Most recently, in 2021, they became Managing Member of Laboratory Services of America.

Robert McConnell obtained a BA in History from Washington State University in 2003. Robert then went on to obtain a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2011.
