Andrew Caldwell has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. From 2005 to 2009 they were an Assistant Coach Boys Hockey for Schools of Eastern Carver County. From 2009 to 2010 they were a Secondary Physical Education and Health Instructor for West Metro Education Program. From 2010 to 2021 they were a Loan Specialist/Analyst/Underwriter for Wells Fargo. From 2021 to 2022 they were an Account Manager for Ready Credit Corporation. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager for Agile Frameworks, LLC (MetaField). In their roles, they have analyzed account data, coordinated the retrieval of missing information, facilitated exceptional quality customer service, partnered with vendors and suppliers, and led project teams in executing client initiatives.

Andrew Caldwell obtained their Bachelor of Science and Human Performance in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained their Associate of Arts (AA) in General Studies from Bethany Lutheran College in 2000. Andrew also holds certifications in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People from FranklinCovey (obtained in April 2020), DiSC Training from Wiley (obtained in May 2018), Developing Dynamic Leadership from Canteen One, and Managing Multiple Priorities and Deadlines from Pryor Learning | Fred Pryor Seminars | CareerTrack.
