My name is Eihab Agladious, and I have been working in the investment banking technology for over 15 years. I am used to working and partnering with the business to ensure that critical business chains are available, supportable and bringing value. For years I managed teams, projects, business initiatives and stakeholders which gave me enough exposure to understand the importance of adding value to your bottom line.

My role does not stop at providing resources who are able to achieve high quality results but I take full ownership to monitor their work and progress with our clients to give them that level of comfort and good service.

Let's say they do not meet expectations or achieve results or don't get on with the team I do not hesitate to replace them immediately in proper coordination with the client's team and project managers.

  • How do you like to run meetings?

    I'd like to listen to other people's ideas first before I comment or say mine. I believe people when given the space can be creative and great problem solvers without dictating on them. Always ask why to clarify an idea and gain consensus.
