Estelle Shepherd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational leadership across various sectors. Currently, Estelle serves as a Co-Founder of Hot Cognition, focusing on innovative AI-powered sales enablement tools, and holds a position as Chief People Officer on the Advisory Board of Agile Retail, which specializes in tailored retail solutions. Previously, Estelle has held significant roles including Managing Consultant at Entiere, Chief People Officer at Board of Innovation, and Global Head of People at ?What If! Innovation, where strategic people initiatives contributed to business growth in multiple regions. Prior to these roles, Estelle held leadership positions in talent management at Erevena and Hall & Partners, as well as executive search at R P Cushing and group talent direction at Kantar Group.
