Milos Rokvic

Milos Rokvic has had extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Their most recent role was as a Senior Tech Recruiter at Statkraft, where they were responsible for full-cycle recruitment for the entire IT Department. In this role, they worked with various stakeholders and hired positions such as C++ Developer, Python Developer, and Data Engineer. Prior to this, Milos worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Expert at Agile Search and as a Tech Recruiter/Team Lead at Spotify. Milos also gained experience in talent acquisition and recruitment at Zettle by PayPal, Remote Crew, Epicentar - Consulting and Language Centre, BPS World, Arbor Education Partners, Smardis, and FXLider. Throughout their career, Milos has demonstrated proficiency in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing stakeholder relationships. Milos Rokvic holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Belgrade.
