Corey successfully integrated cost, schedule, and EVMS systems to ensure consistent and accurate project status reporting. Corey also negotiated over $50M in cost savings related to client requested change orders and delays.

In 2018, Corey joined ExxonMobil as a Program Manager - Planning. Corey managed remote international teams and successfully approved baseline plans for fabrication and installation projects worth billions of dollars. Corey also leveraged data visualization tools such as Tableau to provide real-time updates to globally dispersed teams. In addition, they played a crucial role in leading an international joint venture that produced an integrated cost and schedule estimate for an $18B LNG facility expansion in Papua New Guinea.

Corey's next role at ExxonMobil was as a Program Manager - Process Improvement. Corey enhanced Global Projects PMO tools and processes during their tenure. Corey developed an Excel VBA add-in to facilitate the creation of summary level integrated master schedules and synchronized them with detailed production schedules. Corey also streamlined coordination procedure templates to remove costly onerous requirements.

Most recently, Corey joined AGILE Space Industries in 2021 as a Project Management Analyst. Here, they enabled data-driven financial forecasting and developed PMO tools and processes to track cost and schedule performance across all projects. Corey also built an interactive sales pipeline dashboard that attracted over $10M in outside investment. In 2022, they were promoted to the role of Business Operations Manager, where they developed business tools and processes to support the company's rapid growth and secured multiple contracts with aerospace primes through collaborative project proposal writing.
