Santosh Jayaram

Santosh Jayaram has worked in the corporate sector for over twenty years. Santosh began their career in 2000 at Verizon as a Lead Architect and Systems Architect. In 2008, they moved to Astegic as a Business Manager. In 2009, they joined Rigil Corporation as Director of Innovative Consulting Services and Business Manager. In 2015, they became the Chief Operating Officer of AgileTrailblazers.

Santosh Jayaram has an extensive educational background. Santosh completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from RV College Of Engineering in 1996. Following this, they completed their M.S. in Telecommunications and Computers from The George Washington University in 2000. In 2004, they received their MBA in Strategy and Finance from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business. Before this, they attended St. Johns High School from 1982 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, Santosh has obtained various certifications including an ICP from ICAgile in 2016, a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2017, a SAFe Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2015, a SAFe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2014, and an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in 2016.
