Shannon Proud Phillips

Shannon Proud Phillips has extensive work experience in various roles. Shannon began their career at the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review as a Copy Editor, where they were responsible for editing, headline writing, page designing, and proofreading under tight deadlines. Shannon was also chosen by the editor-in-chief to assist in launching a new newspaper edition.

Following their time at the Tribune-Review, Shannon worked at the University of Pittsburgh as a Proofreader/Writer. Shannon then joined Performance Results Corporation (PRC) as a Senior Technical Writer, where they stayed for over four years.

Currently, Shannon is employed at Agile5 Technologies, Inc. Shannon has held several positions at the company, starting as a Senior Technical Writer before transitioning to the role of Functional Analyst. Shannon then became a Proposal Manager and currently serves as the Director of Operations.

Shannon Proud Phillips completed their secondary education at Bridgeport High School from 1992 to 1995. Shannon then pursued their higher education at Bethany College from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a focus on Print.
