Christina Arnold

Christina Arnold is a seasoned professional in the health and fitness industry, currently serving as a Business Development Representative at Agilea Solutions since July 2022. Previously, Christina worked as a Patient Advocate at MDVIP, assisting physicians in transitioning to concierge healthcare by educating patients on the benefits of the MDVIP model. As Head Trainer at F45 Training, Christina promoted a new location through strategic marketing and community events. Prior experience includes roles at Baptist Health/Milestone Wellness Center as a Health Educator, focusing on membership retention and fitness program development, and as an Event Coordinator for the University of Kentucky’s Recreation Center. Christina holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Kentucky.
