Luis Cuellar

Luis Cuellar has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 1996. Luis started as Web Manager at Universidad del Valle, where they were responsible for designing and developing the main website and other portals oriented to students and SUN projects. In 1998, they joined Designia as a Project Manager and Web Developer. In 2005, they were hired as a freelancer Software Analyst for Coomeva, where they were in charge of analyzing, modeling and documenting custom web applications. In 2007, they co-founded inQbation and inQbation Labs, where they served as Vice President and Product Owner, respectively. Luis also served as an Agile Coach for Balystic in 2015, and as a Co-Founder and Agile Project Manager for Agileana: Lean, Agile, Web Development in the same year.

Luis Cuellar obtained a degree in Systems and Computing Engineering from Universidad del Valle (CO) between 1995 and 2002. In 2003, they obtained an Advanced English - English as a Second Language certification from LSI Professional. In 2005, they obtained an International Course of Photography for Movies and Television certification from Universidad Autonoma de Occidente - Cali, Colombia. In 2015, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance.
