Shefali Naik

Shefali Naik has a wealth of experience in the technology industry. Shefali began their career in 2004 as a Senior Software Engineer at Formerly Patni Computer Systems (now part of Capgemini). In this role, they developed technical know-how and got well versed with TDD, design, UML and build tools and deployment on App servers. Shefali was then promoted to Team Lead, where they mentored and monitored junior developers. In 2010, they joined Capgemini as an Agile Project Lead and Senior Developer on a complex Java/J2EE project for Daimler (Mercedes Benz). Shefali was responsible for project and people management, and gained in-depth technical understanding of technologies like Spring, Hibernate, EJB, and web services. In 2012, they joined Barclays as a Scrum Master. Finally, in 2016, they joined Agileana as the Chief Technology Officer, Drupal Program Manager, and Agile Project Manager.

Shefali Naik graduated from the University of Mumbai in 2004 with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science. Shefali has also obtained several certifications since then, including an Executive Certification from The Wharton School in October 2022, an IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2022, a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in April 2021, an Acquia Certified Site Builder - Drupal 8 from Acquia in August 2018, a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in December 2016, a PMP from the Project Management Institute in August 2016, a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in February 2016, a SAFe® Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2016, and a Sun Certified Java Programmer from Sun Microsystems.
