Emma Clifton

Emma Clifton is currently the Head of Recruitment at Agile Analog. Prior to this, they were with UltraSoC from June 2019 to November 2020 where they were Head Of Recruitment. UltraSoC was bought out by Siemens in 2020. Emma has also held positions as Director with Conrad Enterprises (UK) Ltd and Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA with The Economist.

Emma Clifton's educational career began at Newcastle under Lyme School, where they completed a BA Hons in Business Studies with Marketing. Emma then went on to complete a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Manitoba.

They work with Mike Hulse - CTO, Luke John - Head of Lead Generation, and Barnaby Rix - CFO. Their manager is Barry Paterson, CEO.
