Kelly Bidon, BA, RRP, RTWDM, serves as a Project Leader in Career Transition Services and Vocational Rehabilitation at Agilec since October 2009, with prior experience as a Team Leader, Marketing Administrator/Outreach Coordinator, Employment Counsellor, and Trainer/Facilitator at the same company. In the current role, Kelly has significantly enhanced customer and candidate experiences through strategic initiatives and training programs, demonstrating expertise in labour market analysis, job search strategies, and community support recommendations.
