Jaakko Hartikainen

Jaakko Hartikainen is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Co-CEO at Agileday since June 2022, Jaakko is integral to a next-generation operating platform for knowledge work companies. Prior to this role, Jaakko was CEO of IDEAL GRP from January 2021 to May 2023, focusing on Industry 4.0 transformations. Other notable positions include Board Member at Touhula Varhaiskasvatus Oy, Global Head of Customer Experience at TietoEVRY, and Vice President at Tieto, where Jaakko significantly expanded the Customer Experience Management business. Jaakko also co-founded Insoniq and held various leadership roles at Smilehouse Oy, achieving significant business growth. Jaakko holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and a degree from the University of Tampere.
