Alexandra Oltenacu

Alexandra Oltenacu has a diverse background in human resources and business development. Alexandra is currently working as a People Operations Coordinator at Agile Freaks, where they focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring new employees. Alexandra also trains employees on effective interviewing and advocates for a positive candidate experience. Before joining Agile Freaks, Alexandra worked as a Business Development Consultant, conducting research on various aspects of business development. Prior to that, they gained extensive experience in human resources at Asi Nature and Asi Land SRL, where they held positions as a Human Resources Coordinator and Specialist, respectively. Alexandra began their career as an Assistant Manager at Crissmedi SRL.

Alexandra Oltenacu earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from Facultatea de Drept Simion Barnutiu, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Dragoș Vodă Național College from 1997 to 2001, where they received their Bacalaureat in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.

In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained two certifications in 2022. Alexandra is an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agility in HR and in Business Agility Foundations, both obtained from ICAgile.
