Gena Bezdek

Gena Bezdek has had a diverse and varied career, beginning in 2007 as an intern at the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy at Harvard University. In 2008, they worked as a Derivatives Operations at Wells Fargo, and as an Events Associate at New Profit Inc. In 2011, they worked as a Women's Economic Empowerment Coordinator for TechnoServe, and a Development Systems Fellow for Health Leads. In 2013, they were an MBA Marketing Intern at Engaged Health Solutions. From 2014 to 2020, they were a Senior Director, Client Engagement and Director, Client Engagement at AVIA. In 2019, they and their husband co-led Bezdek Family Adventures, traveling throughout the American West and Europe with their daughter. In 2020, they became the Head of Marketing & Operations Lead and Business Development and Marketing at AgileMD.

Gena Bezdek obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Tufts University in 2007, majoring in International Relations and Affairs. In 2004, they participated in a Study Abroad program at the School for International Training, completing an Independent Study Project on Bolivian Migration to Northern Chile. In 2012, they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, specializing in Managerial and Organizational Behavior and General Management.
