Jane Hermann has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the ANZ Human Resources Manager at Agilent Technologies since 2001. In this role, responsibilities include employee relations, industrial relations, learning and development, staffing, and compensation and benefits. Jane also manages Global Staffing Programs, overseeing initiatives such as job boards, employee referral programs, and background checks. Previously, Jane held the position of Senior Recruiter at Hudson from January 1994 to January 2004.
