Jim Guber

Jim Guber, SHRM-CP, MBA, currently serves as the Global Head of Front Office Human Resources at Cantor Fitzgerald, overseeing HR functions for over 700 employees across the US, UK, and Asia. With a robust career spanning over two decades, Jim has held notable positions including Human Resources Consultant and Financial Strategist at Rally Partners, Head of Human Resources & Financial Strategy at Folor Inc, and Senior Strategist at Cristo Capital LLC, where Jim combined expertise in HR with financial strategy. Earlier roles include significant leadership in recruitment and trading at Macquarie Group and Fox-Pitt, Kelton, as well as contributions to training and technology trading at Knopman Marks Financial Training and Credit Suisse, respectively. Jim holds an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a BA in Political Science and Business Administration from Skidmore College.
