Michael Ng

Michael Ng is an experienced data professional with a strong background in data analytics and business intelligence. Currently serving as a Principal Manufacturing Data Scientist and Data Analytics Manager at Agilent Technologies since October 2016, Michael leads a team to deliver data solutions for logistics and procurement stakeholders globally. Michael is responsible for designing and maintaining BI tools, acting as the technical lead for digital transformation projects, and training team members on machine learning. Previously, Michael held roles at ZALORA Group as a Regional Business Intelligence Intern, at Taylor Nelson Sofres as a Senior Client Service Executive, at SingTel as a Research Executive, and at DHL Global Forwarding as an Analyst. Michael holds a Master's degree in IT in Business, Analytics from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with specializations in Marketing and Operations Management from the same institution.
