Alejandra D Castañeda Mota has a diverse work experience starting with an internship at Laboratorios Bioquality in 2020. Following this, they worked at SYKES as a Customer Service Representative, where they provided solutions to customers and maintained high-quality service standards. Alejandra D then transitioned to the role of Sourcer Specialist at SYKES, where they worked in mass recruitment and pre-filtered candidates for bilingual campaigns.

In 2021, Alejandra joined AgileOne and worked remotely as a Recruiting Sourcer for AppleOne NJ branch, providing support to various regions. Alejandra D recruited for customer service and professional positions while managing the applicants' recruitment process and job boards.

Currently, they serve as the Recruiting Sourcer Team Lead at AgileOne, managing a team of 11 recruiting sourcers in Mexico. Their responsibilities include overseeing their performance, providing feedback, handling IT issues, managing time-off requests, and providing action plans when necessary.

Alejandra D Castañeda Mota completed their Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology Engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Cuautitlán Izcalli from 2016 to 2020. In 2019, they took part in an exchange study abroad program in biotechnology engineering with a focus on Sustainability in the Agro food chain at Ghent University. Alejandra D also participated in another exchange study abroad program in biotechnology engineering at Pima Community College in 2017.

Before their Bachelor's degree, Alejandra obtained a Baccalaureate in Biological Health Sciences from Universidad Mexicana, S.C. between 2013 and 2016.
