Claudia Solano

Claudia Solano's work experience includes their role as a Recruiting Sourcer at AgileOne since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Auxiliar de RR. HH. at Proyecta Tu Futuro from January 2019 to April 2021. Before that, they worked at Grupo ABG, where they held the roles of Analista de Seleccion de Talento and Trainee Seleccion de Talento. Their responsibilities at Grupo ABG included direct client interaction, vacancy management, and recruitment for various positions in the industrial automotive sector. Claudia also conducted in-depth and competency-based interviews and performed psychometric interpretation.
