Hector Borja

Hector Borja has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Hector currently works at AgileOne as a Recruiting Team Lead, where they evaluate candidates' resumes and applications, provides leadership and coaching to their team, and generates hiring reports. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruiting Sourcer at AgileOne, sourcing candidates for various positions.

Before joining AgileOne, Hector worked as a Psychological Therapist under self-employment. Hector also gained experience as a Recruitment Analyst at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, where they assessed language skills for bilingual positions and implemented recruitment strategies. Hector further developed their recruitment skills as an Executive Recruiter at Quality Post, conducting interviews, applying psychometric tests, and managing employee contracts.
