Ilse Heiming

Ilse Heiming has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ilse started their career as a Stagiaire at H&G Personeel en Organisatie, where they gained experience in assessments, career guidance, coaching, and psychological testing. Ilse then worked as an HR Manager/Project Manager at UniPartners Tilburg, where they were responsible for recruitment, increasing the organization's campus presence, coordinating traineeships, organizing training events, and providing guidance to consultants. Afterwards, they joined Balans Laboratorium as a Career Specialist, specializing in the recruitment of laboratory personnel for positions in North Brabant and Limburg. In their most recent role at AgileOne, they served as a Client Services Professional and MSP Consultant, handling all processes related to temporary staffing of professionals for MSD in Oss. Ilse later took on the role of a Senior Client Services Professional/Sr. MSP Consultant and is currently working as a Solutions Architect.

Ilse Heiming completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Tilburg University from 2007 to 2010. Following this, from 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Social Psychology, also at Tilburg University.
