Lakisha J. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2006, Lakisha worked at CareFirst BCBS where they served as a Senior Process Engineer. Lakisha established process controls and standard operation procedures for a process improvement program and served on various project committees. Lakisha later became a Program Manager, responsible for reengineering the enterprise measurement and analysis process and establishing knowledge management practices. Lakisha held these roles until 2010.

In 2010, Lakisha joined Pegasystems as a Lead Business Architect. Lakisha designed solutions for companies in the Healthcare and Finance industry, managing user stories and aligning business requirements for application designs. Lakisha remained in this role until 2017.

From 2017 to 2019, Lakisha worked at Software Premier as a Lead Business Architect. Lakisha continued designing solutions for companies and managed the authoring of user stories in a Scrum environment.

In 2019, Lakisha joined Bizagi as an IPA Solutions Consultant, and in 2022, they joined AgileOne as a Product Manager.

Prior to their most recent roles, Lakisha worked at LJP Consulting starting in 1996. As an Intelligent Process Automation Consultant, they helped businesses design automated solutions and managed technical delivery projects. Lakisha also provided technology resources, support, and management services across various industries. Notably, they played a role in expanding store operations for an energy/oil company, designing and implementing front and back store systems in multiple new store locations.

Lakisha J. completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Information Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, starting in 2000 and finishing in 2005.

In terms of additional certifications, Lakisha obtained the Project Management Professional certification from PMI Worldwide in April 2005. Lakisha also became a Certified Pega Systems Architect from Pegasystems in March 2012. In April 2013, Lakisha obtained the Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org. Lakisha'smost recent certification is the Certified DCO Architect (CDA) from Pegasystems, which they obtained in April 2016.
