Maud Berger

Maud Berger has a diverse work experience. Maud started their career at Asset Technology as Sales & Business Development Director for France, London, and Luxembourg from 2000 to 2002. From 2003 to 2004, they served as Managing Director and Co-Founder of NGT - Nouvelle Génération de Télécommunications. Maud then joined Tradedoubler as a Human Resources Business Partner for eight European countries from 2008 to 2009.

In 2004, Berger became the Operations Manager at RATP, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the HR and Recruitment Director at LSG LUFTHANSA EUROPA/AFRIKA GMBH. Maud continued their HR career at Intel Corporation as the HR Business Partner for France and Southern Europe from 2012 to 2015.

Berger's career further progressed as they joined Equinix as a Senior HR Business Partner in 2017. In 2018, they worked at Capgemini as a HR Business Partner, where they supported the company's development in recruiting new talents, expanded business into new countries, and supported digital projects for the management team. Maud then transitioned to Disneyland Paris as a Talent Acquisition Manager from 2018 to 2019.

In 2019, Berger joined AgileOne as a Client Services & Talent Acquisition Manager, and later became the Director of France, responsible for Business Development, Client Services, Talent Acquisition, and Operations in January 2022. Maud continues to hold this position.

Maud Berger obtained a Master's Degree in International Relations and Affairs, Multicultural management, and Sales from SKEMA Business School from 1996 to 1999. Maud also pursued further education at the University of Limerick from 1997 to 1998 and obtained a degree called SOCRATES in History of international relations, Geopolitics, and Organisations Sociology. Prior to that, they attended Ecole Preparatoire HEC, Lycée Henri Moissan from 1993 to 1995, where they focused on International Economics, Languages, Mathematics, and Philosophy. Maud Berger holds a TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) certification with a score of 910, but the institution and the exact date of certification are unknown.
