Rana M.

Rana M. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rana started their career in 1993 as a Trade Show Coordinator at Ashworth, Inc. In 1998, they joined Adecco Staffing, USA and held various roles including Division Support Manager and eLearning Manager/Learning Management System Administrator. During their time at Adecco, they oversaw the design, implementation, and launch of the SumTotal Learning Management System (LMS) in multiple regions.

In 2014, Rana M. joined AgileOne as a Talent Development Specialist/Learning Management System Administrator. Rana managed the implementation process of the Learning Management System and Performance Management System to AgileOne Global. Rana also played a key role in research, testing, and customizing system enhancements to improve user experience. Currently, they serve as the sole platform administrator for AgileOne Global.

Throughout their career, Rana M. has demonstrated their expertise in talent management, learning and development, and LMS administration. Rana has successfully implemented and maintained LMS platforms, facilitated enterprise-wide talent practices, and contributed to increased learner engagement.

Rana M. has a strong educational background with a focus on forensic science, criminal justice, law enforcement administration, and social and behavioral sciences. In 2004, Rana M. obtained a Master's degree in Forensic Science and Technology from National University. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, Rana M. graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration, also from National University. In the earlier years of education, from 1996 to 1998, Rana M. attended MiraCosta College and earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences. Additionally, in August 2020, Rana M. obtained a Cornerstone Core Specialist certification from Cornerstone OnDemand.
