Andrea Fryrear is an experienced professional in the field of Agile marketing. Andrea helps organizations improve employee engagement, increase campaign delivery pace, and align marketing teams with business goals. Andrea is also an author, having written books on organizational agility and marketing agility. Andrea is a sought-after speaker and trainer, with expertise in optimizing customer acquisition and retention processes.
