Cheryl Sutton

Cheryl Sutton is an experienced Agile Coach and Trainer at AgileSherpas since June 2022, specializing in transforming marketing teams to enhance employee engagement, improve campaign delivery, and align with business goals using a proprietary transformation model. Prior to this, Cheryl held multiple leadership roles at Wells Fargo from January 2016 to June 2022, including VP of Business Execution Consultant focused on Agile Transformation and VP of Marketing Program Manager, where responsibilities included fostering an agile culture and managing a team of scrum masters. Previous experience includes founding Email Lemonade to improve workplace communication, serving as an adjunct professor at Belmont Abbey College, and holding various marketing roles at Jockey International, where contributions spanned from international marketing to digital campaign management. Cheryl holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS/BA from North Carolina State University.
