Currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at NBCUniversal since December 2021 and simultaneously working as a Trainer and Coach at AgileSherpas, Lisa specializes in transitioning marketing organizations to high-performance Agile practices. Previous roles include Global Learning Lead for Client Capabilities at WPP and Senior Learning Experience Architect at General Assembly, where Lisa played a key role in corporate learning programs for Fortune 500 companies. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions in marketing and admissions at Emperor's College and sales and operations management at Daisy Arts. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Boston University and an extension in Marketing from UCLA.
