Monica Georgieff

Monica Georgieff has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Currently, they serve as the EMEA Training & Delivery Lead at AgileSherpas, a leading Agile marketing consulting and training firm. Monica has been with the company since January 2018 and plays a crucial role in guiding marketing organizations towards high performance through Agile practices. Additionally, Monica is also the Managing Director and Founder of Automagically, a position they have held since December 2019. Previously, they worked as the CMO at School Space from June 2019 to May 2020. Monica has also held roles at Techstars as a Program Manager and Associate, where they helped entrepreneurs succeed in their digital transformation efforts. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Marketing at Kanbanize, a visual management software company. Monica's work experience also includes a position in communications at betahaus | sofia and as a Program Assistant at the University of Toronto.

Monica Georgieff holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Technology Entrepreneurship from UCL and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Communication and Media from the University of Toronto. Monica completed their secondary education at Northern Secondary School, obtaining an OSSD. Additionally, Monica has obtained several certifications from ICAgile, including Leading With Agility (2023), Business Agility Foundation (2022), Agile Coaching (2022), and Agility in Marketing (2021).
