Noa Carniel

Agile Transformation Coach, SPC at AgileSparks

Noa Carniel has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. They started their career at Intel Corporation in 2005, where they held multiple positions including Software Engineering Development Manager and Program Manager for Intel's Manageability Engine projects. They emphasized on building high-performing teams and delivering customer-centric solutions using Agile development methodologies. In 2017, Noa joined Intel Corporation as the Software Security Lifecycle and Agile Transformation Director. They then moved on to Motorola Solutions in 2019, where they served as the Software Solutions Engineering Director until 2022. Noa also worked as a Senior Lecturer at the Azrieli College of Engineering Jerusalem. Currently, Noa is an Executive Coach at BetterManager and an Agile Transformation Coach at AgileSparks.

Noa Carniel's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an MSc degree in Geology and Remote Sensing from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and a BSc degree in Computer Science and Geology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
