Roni Dolev Tamari's work experience includes serving as a Lead Agile Coach at AgileSparks since 2012, where they provide lean-agile training, coaching, and mentoring to startups and large organizations. Roni Dolev also works as a SAFe Program Consultant, leading large-scale Agile transformations and coaching various roles within the organization.
Roni Dolev has also been a Board Member at Economic Empowerment for Women (EEW) since 2011, where they contribute to empowering women in the workforce.
In addition, they worked as an Instructor at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2014, teaching Advanced Topics in Computer Science on Agile methodology.
Prior to that, they held various roles at DriveCam, Inc. and EWI Holdings, Inc. as a Consultant, Director of Software Engineering, and Software Development Manager. Roni Dolev also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at EWI Holdings, Inc., a Software Engineer at Intel, a Software Engineer at IDF, and a Software Programmer at Chip Express.
Roni Dolev Tamari holds an MBA in Computer Software Engineering, which was earned from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2002. Prior to the MBA, they also completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from the same institution, which was obtained from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Roni has obtained several certifications including Certified Agile HR Practitioner from JLS - Just Leading Solutions - Agile HR Transformation Experts in May 2020, Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc., and Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org.
