Carlos Zamora

Carlos Zamora has held several HR and people operations roles throughout their career. Carlos currently serves as the Director of People Operations at AgileThought, where they lead the People Operations Strategy for LATAM and builds new strategies and frameworks for talent development. Prior to this, they worked as the LATAM HR Director at AgileThought, where they contributed to HR initiatives. In their previous roles, Carlos served as the Technology Recruitment Lead at Accenture México, the Employee Relations - Strategy and Planning Assistant Manager at Kia Motors Corporation, and the Human Capital Manager at TCA Software Solutions. Carlos also gained experience at Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Sr. Associate Lead HR and Associate Lead Talent Acquisition. Carlos has a diverse background that includes work at Tiempo Development, Xerox, Esmeralda Casa de Joyas, and La Petite Chocolatiere.

Carlos Zamora obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Regiomontana S.C. Carlos also completed a short-term course in Talent Management in Human Resources Development at CAINTRA.
