Jason Valentine

Jason Valentine is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the bioanalytical and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Agilex Biolabs Pty Ltd since January 2019, Jason leads a bioanalytical laboratory specializing in regulated bio-analysis for pre-clinical and clinical trials, primarily catering to US and A-Pac biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. In addition, Jason has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at CPR Pharma Services Pty Ltd since 2009, overseeing strategic development, capital raising, and operational responsibilities, including P&L management, systems improvement, and compliance. Jason also served as Senior Director of Bio-analytical Operations and Director for the Singapore subsidiary of CPR, focusing on service expansion in Asia. Prior to these roles, Jason was General Manager of the Centre for Pharmaceutical Research at the University of South Australia, where responsibilities included financial management and capital raising to facilitate the Centre's independence. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Adelaide.
