Neha Okhade

Neha Okhade is an experienced perfumer with a professional career spanning over a decade in the fragrance industry. Currently serving as a perfumer at Agilex Fragrances since April 2019, Neha has expertise in fragrance evaluation and development tailored to customer requirements, as well as project management and sensory analysis. Prior to this role, Neha worked as a fragrance evaluator at Intarome Fragrance Corporation from 2016 to February 2019, where responsibilities included stability testing of fragrances and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Neha began their career at Aarav Fragrances and Flavrs Pvt Ltd as a junior perfumer, contributing to creative projects and studying both modern and classic fine fragrances. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Technology from Lady Amritabai Daga College for Women, Nagpur, completed in 2011, along with intensive perfumery training in Geneva, Switzerland.
