Ben Prynn

Ben is a Project Director at Agilia with over 25 years professional experience in the infrastructure sector. A Chartered Accountant by training Ben has worked as a financial and commercial adviser to help deliver dozens of PFI/PPP projects and manage key workstreams on several large-scale high-profile infrastructure projects in the UK and overseas including the Lower Thames Crossing, the Solidarity Transport Hub, Trafikverket’s High Speed Rail programme and the Thames Tideway Tunnel.

Ben has also worked at HM Treasury, developing PFI policy and providing project support, and for Defra where he acted as the Programme Coordinator for the Waste Infrastructure Delivery Programme providing written and oral briefings to Ministers and special advisers. His core skills include business case development and scrutiny, due diligence programmes, assurance reviews, managing commercial programmes, PFI/PPP contract development, contract analysis, financial model development/review and commercial negotiation.
