Pooja Suryawanshi is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Agiliad since June 2021, Pooja is involved in lateral talent acquisition and managing the hiring process through various recruitment channels. Prior to this role, Pooja worked as an HR Recruiter at SeerMinds Technologies, where responsibilities included creating job descriptions and managing job postings. Pooja began career at Bharti Airtel, progressing from a Customer Service Representative to a Team Lead, focusing on enhancing customer experience and store profitability.
