Malini Manoharan

Malini Manoharan is an accomplished bioinformatics expert with extensive experience in the life sciences domain. Currently serving as AVP of Business Growth and Enablement at Agilisium Consulting since February 2025, Malini leads scientific initiatives that integrate client needs with innovative technological solutions. As a cofounder and director of DeepKnomics Labs Pvt. Ltd. since April 2021, Malini focuses on research skills and ensuring customer satisfaction. Previous roles include Head of Immuno-oncology Bioinformatics Research and Head of Commercial Service Projects at MEDGENOME, where Malini developed algorithms for peptide vaccines and established data processing pipelines for genomic studies. Academic training includes a postdoctoral fellowship at the Indian Institute of Science in Bioinformatics and a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Vellore Institute of Technology.
