Chuks Adichie

Chuks Adichie is an experienced Service Design and Business Analyst currently working at Agilisys since June 2019, focusing on digital transformation initiatives. Prior experience includes positions as a Business Analyst at HM Revenue & Customs, where responsibilities involved maximizing digital contacts, and as a Senior Business Analyst at ORM, contributing to the implementation of smart ticketing for Chiltern Railways. Additional roles at HM Revenue & Customs included working on the CDS Programme for the digital transformation of the Customs Declaration Service. Chuks has also served as an Ecommerce Business Analyst for Stagecoach Group plc, enhancing digital customer experiences through the development of a central booking engine, and for Harrods.com, participating in re-platforming efforts across various e-commerce systems. Chuks holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), completed between 1985 and 1990.
