Teodora Palyongova PRINCE2®

Teodora Palyongova has a diverse work experience in project coordination and management. Teodora started their career as a Sales Representative at Max Telecom, where they represented the company and sold contracts to customers. Teodora then took on the role of Shop Leader, where they managed stock and money in the store and was responsible for achieving sales targets. Teodora also worked as an Interconnection Specialist at Max Telecom, where they administered traffic data between the company and other telecom operators.

Teodora's career then shifted towards project coordination. At Interoute Application Management, they served as a Project Coordinator, ensuring the successful delivery of the company's solutions and products to customers. Teodora also supported Project Managers in delivering large multi-product solutions. Additionally, they worked as a UCOMM Sales Operations Support Administrator, assisting the Sales team by answering questions, providing product information, and ensuring the accuracy of documents before entering them into the system.

Teodora then joined DXC Technology, where they held multiple roles. As a Project Service Administrator, they provided support to project staff and helped onboard new employees into the company's project methodology. Teodora also actively practiced stakeholder and relationship management across various projects. In their role as a Senior Portfolio Administrator, Teodora implemented project governance standards and supported both internal and external resources. Teodora later became a Practice Project Management Officer, ensuring project governance across all projects within the practice, providing analysis and forecasting information to Practice Leads, and working on automation projects to improve reporting capabilities.

Teodora's most recent position is as a Project and Transition Coordinator at Agilitas IT Solutions Limited, where they are responsible for coordinating projects and transitions.

Throughout their career, Teodora has acquired the PRINCE2® certification, demonstrating their expertise in project management methodologies.

Teodora Palyongova PRINCE2® started their education journey in 2001 at the 123rd High School Stefan Stambolov in Sofia, where they completed their high school diploma with a focus on Computing, Geography, and English. In 2007, they enrolled at the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski" to pursue a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters, but their studies were interrupted, and they did not obtain their degree.

In addition to their formal education, Teodora has also obtained several certifications. In October 2019, they achieved the Prince 2 - Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In October 2018, they acquired the APM PMO Practitioner certification, although the institution that granted this certification is not specified. More recently, in 2020 and 2021, Teodora obtained various certifications related to leadership and management skills from Skillsoft, including Leadership Development Core Journey, Team Leadership, Emotionally Intelligent Leadership, Leading through Motivation, and The Agile Leader.
