Derek Pyle Pt

Derek Pyle PT, DPT, OCS, COMT, CDNT is a seasoned physical therapist currently serving as the Regional Clinical Education Coordinator at Upstream Rehabilitation since August 2022. With academic credentials including a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from East Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Tennessee Technological University, Derek has held various clinical and educational roles. Notably, Derek is a Lead Instructor at the Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments and has been a Physical Therapist at Results Physiotherapy since August 2018. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Physical Therapist and educator at BenchMark Physical Therapy and clinic director at Results Physiotherapy. Derek also provided PRN services as a physical therapist at NHC from May 2012 to May 2019.
