Natasha Cole

Natasha Cole is an experienced professional in the healthcare and physical therapy fields, currently serving as Clinical Recruiting Team Lead and previously as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Upstream Rehabilitation since August 2021. Natasha has a strong background in talent acquisition, having worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Results Physiotherapy since March 2018, and has also served as a Physical Therapist Assistant in various organizations, including Genesis Physical Therapy and River Oaks Hospital. Natasha's educational background includes an Associate degree in Allied Health from Hinds Community College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and Choreography from The University of Southern Mississippi.
