Bryan Pitko

Bryan Pitko currently serves as the Vice President - Legal & Regulatory and Assistant Secretary at Agiliti since December 2020. Prior to this role, Bryan was a Corporate and Securities Attorney at Stinson LLP from July 2016 to December 2020, where Bryan represented public company clients in securities offerings and provided guidance on SEC filings and shareholder proposals. Bryan's earlier experience includes working as an Attorney Adviser and Special Counsel at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission from February 2008 to June 2016, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tufts University and a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law.
