Kristen Thurman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kristen currently holds the position of Vice President of Product Management at Agiliti, a role they have been in since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Product Management at Agiliti from February 2022 to January 2023, and as the Director of Solution Management from April 2021 to February 2022.

Kristen Thurman's education history begins in 1995 when they attended MCP Hahnemann and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services/Allied Health. Kristen completed their undergraduate studies in 1997. Following this, they continued their education at MCP Hahnemann and obtained a Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree, which they completed in 1999.

In addition to their academic achievements, Kristen Thurman has also obtained several certifications. In October 2005, they became a Certified Wound Specialist through the American Board of Wound Management. Furthermore, in August 2000, they obtained a Physical Therapy License from the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy. In more recent years, they have acquired further certifications, such as being certified as a Fall Prevention Specialist by Evergreen Certifications in June 2021 and completing the Technology Entrepreneurship: Lab to Market course offered by HarvardX through edX, an online learning initiative by Harvard University, in June 2020.
